Why are we called Qi Consultancy ?

Qi Consultancy always aims at Quality Improvement to and for our clients. From  this perspective we take care of;

• Optimization of business structures and processes,
• Adapting or changing organization structures,
• Substantive advice about  or solutions to a specific assignment.

Our starting point for every assignment is: giving added value to our client(your employees and your organization)

Within the Chinese philosophy Qi or “Chi” is the concept for breath, vitality or energy. Energy is an important element which is necessary to actively bring about quality improvement and change within an organization. Energy is the source for employees to stay continually motivated to be an integral part of quality improvement and change.  And  if that isn’t enough energy stimulates creativity, initiative and a positive mindset.

In short essential elements to actively accomplish quality improvement in an organization. And last but not least we consider the above-mentioned elements “quite important”(qi).They are inextricably bound up with one another because change within a department or organization should be felt  rationally as well as with the heart to give a prolonged and lasting positive result.
